Collections

Every Dollar Collected is One More Dollar Straight to Your Bottom Line

One of the most important managing challenges in startups and established businesses alike involves maintaining strong cash flow.  Without strong internally generated cash flow, it is difficult to maintain and grow your business.  A business can excel at sales and provide outstanding service, but a sale is not a sale until the customer pays for it.  In addition, capital providers will evaluate how well you collect your receivables in deciding whether to invest in your business or to loan you money.  Therefore, it is critical to have a strong collections capability.

Entrepreneurs typically out-source the collections function, and for good reason.  To collect past due money requires a systematic approach. Many entrepreneurs are not good at collecting money because they don't enjoy it, they are too busy growing and operating their business, and they lack the systems and processes to properly track collections activity.

Drawing on years of hands-on business experience, and following conversations with many entrepreneurs, who expresses an interest in a more affordable and efficient collections solution, we have responded.   In fact, WE ARE SO CONFIDENT THAT OUR COLLECTIONS SERVICES REPRESENT THE BEST VALUE ON THE MARKET THAT WE WILL GUARANTEE TO BEAT ANY VERIFIABLE RATES FOR COLLECTIONS SERVICES!

Gosin Law Collections Service

We typically use two step process to collect past due receivables, although in some cases we will recommend a different approach:

1.   Stage 1 -- In the first stage, you use our FREE online database to enter relevant information regarding the debts to be collected.  We send three, properly timed collections letters and call at regular intervals to collect the debt, documenting all collection activity in the on-line database.  Many debts can be collected at this stage, which lasts for 30 days.  You pay ONLY $15.00 per account for this service!  Compare that to certain other collection companies that charge you up to 40% of the debt.

2.   Stage 2 -- If the debtor does not pay the debt, you will have the option of having us initiate litigation to collect the debt.  We will file suit in the appropriate court with jurisdiction.   You will pay only the actual court filing fees, service fees and other out of pocket expenses in connection with the suit.  We get paid our attorney fee if and only if we recover money for you.  Unlike many collection agencies, we are attorneys and thus we don't have to hire another firm to do this work. This translates in lower costs for you.  We would receive ONLY 25% of any funds collected.  Compare that to other certain collection companies that charge you up to 40% of the debt plus attorney fees.

Having been in business ourselves, we know how to talk to customers and to collect money without jeopardizing salvageable business relationships.  And, as discussed, we guarantee the lowest rates on the market.
